As a public health professional, Faithful’s interests revolve around creating sustainable solutions and social inclusion for WASH services and systems strengthening for disease prevention and public health promotion. She has served as a technical advisor for sanitation with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Enhanced Water Security and Sanitation (ENWASS) program in Uganda and supported the establishment of an improved WASH sector in Uganda. She has worked closely with local authorities in streamlining private sector participation, promoting sanitation as a business and establishing good governance in the WASH sector. She holds a master’s degree in water and environmental management from University of Brighton (UK) with a bachelor’s in environmental health science from Makerere University.
