Rosie Renouf focuses on research and research impact, with a particular emphasis on translating data into stronger policies and better practice. Her key research areas are water supply and sanitation, particularly in urban settings and low-income areas.

Rosie specialises in program evaluation, learning, knowledge management, and strategy development, especially regarding policy change and sector impact. She previously worked in the Evaluation, Research and Learning team of Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP) and as a consultant, working with clients including the World Bank and WaterAid.

Rosie holds a Master's degree in Conflict, Security, and Development from King's College London and a B.A. in History from the University of Oxford.
