As part of Athena's toilet construction supply-side assessment in Ghana, the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources (MSWR) conducted a roundtable to present the preliminary findings of the ongoing study. Supporting the World Bank, the study falls under the GAMA Sanitation and Water Project. The discussion presented the preliminary findings of the study, which maps specific supply-side factors that inhibit toilet construction. It then presented an opportunity for participants to brainstorm and raise issues for further assessment.

The roundtable concluded with participants having a greater understanding of sanitation providers, suppliers, assemblies and financial institutions. They also left with an understanding of the GAMA SWP and KMA-WSUP programs and their progress to date.
