Designing a business strategy for a non-profit entity
With a need to increase business growth, Athena developed a business strategy for a non-profit in India. This involved a comprehensive internal and external assessment at the company level. Athena conducted interviews with internal stakeholders to understand emergent opportunities and the current state of play. The internal assessment also included financial and market analyses. Athena also analysed the competitor and client landscape for the client. Additionally, the project focussed on macroeconomic and market conditions for agricultural commodities globally and nationally. This provided a perspective on expansion opportunities for the client. Athena leveraged its domain knowledge and expertise in strategy frameworks to develop strategic growth options. The major findings guided the development of a comprehensive strategy pitch tool for the client.
