The Aga Khan Foundation's 3+ year programme on improving education quality and access in Bihar (PEQAB) aimed to introduce best practices into the Indian government's education system, which drew on its intervention experiences. Athena's final evaluation assessed the performance of PEQAB, while seeking to introduce best practices into the government's education system. Additionally, the comprehensive assessment was qualitative and quantitative, identifying successful outcomes through the Qualitative Comparative Analysis tool.
