Bilal focuses on utlizing the power of the high quality data to address complex developmental challenges and influence policy design. His key research areas include health, nutrition, agriculture, sustainability, sanitation and human rights due diligence (HRDD). Bilal specializes in building M&E frameworks, building online monitoring systems, managing large scale studies and conducting complex program evaluations. He has worked with range of clients such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Fairtrade International – Germany, Walk Free Foundation – Australia, TRAID – UK. He has also published a paper in an international peer reviewed journal (PLOS ONE) on the social determinants of maternal healthcare utilization in India. Bilal holds a master’s degree in development and environment management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM).
