Dr. Voth-Gaeddert is a trained environmental engineer and US-registered sanitarian with 10+ years of experience in global water and sanitation projects, programs, and policy. Dr. Voth-Gaeddert has worked for numerous US Government (USAID, US State Department, Centers for Disease Control, etc) and UN entities in providing support to countries in meeting water and sanitation SDG targets. His work is at the nexus of technological innovation, human-technology systems, and the policy frameworks that incorporate them (finance, governance, public-private partnerships). He has worked on water and sanitation projects in 10+ Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs) in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia, incorporating mechanistic and statistical modeling, information and communications technologies, environmental microbiology and bioinformatic methods, and machine learning. Dr. Voth-Gaeddert has 16 peer-reviewed publications (h-index = 6) and more than 25 international presentations to his name.
