Senior Manager-Human Resource
Manasvini has a decade of progressive experience in the international development sector, with a comprehensive background in developing and deploying HR strategies and processes to drive business growth. She leads Athena Infonomics’ Human Resources vertical, where she applies key skills such as: staff recruitment; manpower planning; orientation and onboarding; staff engagement and retention; HR policies and procedures; the management of HR MIS and documentation; and query management.
Prior to Athena, Manasvini led recruitments at J-PAL South Asia, an organisation that conducts randomised evaluations, builds partnerships for evidence-informed policymaking, and helps partners scale up effective programmes. Before this, she worked as an HR Consultant with Strategic Alliance Management Services Private Limited (SAMS), a general management consultancy focused exclusively on servicing the needs of the health and development sectors in India.
Manasvini has an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University. She also completed a diploma course in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development.
