Senior Consultant - M&E
Pratima is a Senior Consultant with Athena Infonomics, working primarily on quantitative impact evaluations concerning nutrition, health, and sanitation programs. Prior to Athena, Pratima worked at Oxford Policy Management, the social policy research firm IDinsight, and the World Bank. Pratima is devoted to using creative empirical strategies in order to find implementable solutions to complex problems in the fields of health, nutrition, sanitation, and governance. She has worked with a range of clients, such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, UNICEF, CIFF, CARE, Ashoka University, NITI Aayog, and various state governments—most recently with the Government of Bihar, assessing the impact of a program aimed at strengthening health systems.
Pratima's academic training is in economics, having completed her undergraduate studies from the University of Delhi, and earning a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford. She has authored multiple papers and blogs on her work during her higher studies, and has conducted pertinent research in the spheres of education, public health, and sanitation.
