Abison Paul is passionate about developmental interventions that bring changes in core social and individual spheres, such as biofortification, nutrition, maternal and child health (MCH), infant and young child feeding (IYCF), WASH, women's empowerment, livelihood, youth empowerment, microfinance, and public health.

Throughout his career, he has provided research and consultancy services to UNICEF, WHO, the World Bank, the GAVI Alliance, GAIN, HarvestPlus, the Aga Khan Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Save the Children, the Laudes Foundation, FHI 360, GIZ, KPMG, Mumbai Police, NITI Aayog, and the Cabinet Secretariat (Government of India). Abison's key specialization lies in developing theories of change (TOCs), program impact pathways, M&E frameworks, and the design and execution of M&E projects.

Abison holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies and is a certified counsellor.
