He also has experience managing multi-country research projects, with previous research focusing on fiscal policy and integrity in WASH governance. He is a skilled data analyst, with expertise in distilling and interpreting large datasets to inform decision making.
Joshua holds a postgraduate degree in Urban Development Planning and a degree in Civil Engineering from University College London (UCL).
