Karan Gupta is an Associate Director – AI and Digital Transformation at Athena Infonomics, where he focuses on identifying, designing, and scaling practical AI-enabled solutions across sectors. His expertise spans technology strategy, product management, digital transformation, and delivery across the Public Sector, BFSI, and Healthcare.

Before joining Athena, Karan led product and programme management for Invest India’s National Single Window System, India’s flagship digital public infrastructure for businesses. He has also worked in cybersecurity and GRC advisory roles at Deloitte and HCL Technologies, and founded an AI-native LegalTech SaaS venture.

Karan holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. His interests include applied AI, digital public infrastructure, responsible technology, and solving complex operational problems through scalable products.
