Pravar Osric Kothapally is a Consultant at Athena Infonomics, where he supports evidence-based research, monitoring and evaluation, and public policy engagements. He holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Prior to joining Athena, Pravar worked across research, impact evaluation, and stakeholder engagement assignments with consulting and development sector organisations, contributing to projects spanning education, governance, and social development. He is particularly interested in using data and evidence to inform policy decisions and improve programme effectiveness. Outside of work, Pravar enjoys travelling, keeping up with emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, and exploring the intersection of public policy, innovation, and digital transformation.
