Rahul Dumpala is an Associate Consultant at Athena Infonomics, which he joined in April 2026. He works at the intersection of public policy and technology-driven governance. Prior to this, he served as an Andhra Pradesh Education Empowerment Young Professional, contributing to large-scale education reforms, including designing assessment frameworks, deploying digital evaluation systems, and integrating AI-led solutions to improve learning outcomes.

He also worked as a Project Analyst at the Quality Council of India, where he contributed to rural development and impact evaluation initiatives, including the impact assessment of national schemes such as PMAY. Rahul’s experience spans government consulting, policy design, and data-driven decision-making across sectors such as education, rural development, and housing.

He holds a degree in Transportation Technology from Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya and has a strong interest in systems thinking and leveraging innovation for large-scale developmental impact.
