Ritwik Jain is a Principal Consultant with Athena Infonomics, where his work focuses on urban governance, sanitation, public service delivery, and institutional strengthening.

Prior to joining Athena, Ritwik contributed to national-level initiatives on sanitation worker safety, supporting policy development, programme design, and implementation frameworks. He has also advised government bodies on faecal sludge and septage management (FSSM), water supply, and other urban infrastructure projects.

Ritwik brings expertise in urban infrastructure and development consulting, with a strong focus on strengthening systems and improving service delivery. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has completed the General Management Programme from the Indian School of Business.
