Siva serves as Associate Director in Athena Infonomics’ MERL practice. He brings a systems-thinking approach to the reciprocity of people, planet, policy, and systems, working at the intersection of climate and sustainability with sectors such as agriculture, livelihoods, humanitarian response, health, and energy systems. He joined Athena in December 2024.

Siva has worked with organizations including the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, LEAD at IFMR (now KREA LEAD), Samhita Social Ventures, the Catalyst Group, and Forum for the Future. His work spans evidence-based programming, policy, MEL strategies, programme and impact evaluations, ESG and carbon projects, and sustainable development strategies.

With a strong emphasis on systems perspective and scale, Siva has contributed to designing, measuring, and scaling initiatives such as regenerative agriculture and climate-resilient communities. He has collaborated with multilateral agencies and philanthropic institutions including USAID, the Rockefeller Foundation, the MacArthur Foundation, the World Bank, the Skoll Foundation, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation—leveraging data-driven insights to inform programming and policy.
