She is also skilled in conceptualizing and developing knowledge management materials, social media content, reports, and advocacy films for effective project dissemination.

Additionally, Sohini’s expertise includes data analysis, technical support in capacity-building programs, proposal writing for business development, and implementing research program interventions. Her extensive experience across sectors like Education, Gender Equality, Environment, Wildlife, Climate Change, Child Protection, Nutrition, Health, Social Protection, and Agriculture has given her a deep understanding of various domains and key audiences.
