Srishty Arun brings more than six years of professional experience across diverse sectors, including telecom, education, skilling, MSMEs, and international trade. She is adept at understanding client requirements and business needs, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, constructing actionable recommendations, and providing a multi-disciplinary perspective in a process-oriented manner.

Prior to joining Athena Infonomics, Srishty worked with Wadhwani AI as Senior Business Analyst identifying problems in social space for government institutions that could be solved using artificial intelligence and machine learning, and gathering user perspectives to build AI solutions. She has managed clients from both the public and private sectors.

Srishty holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and a PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Lakes and the University of Texas at Austin.
