She has gained hands-on experience through multiple internships in business development and human resources, and currently works at Athena Infonomics, where she supports market research, proposal development, lead tracking, process management, and data analysis.

Prior to this, she contributed to lead generation, data organization, process coordination, reporting, and the development of marketing and outreach materials, gaining exposure to both client-facing and internal workflows. Her experience reflects a consistent engagement with analytical tasks alongside operational responsibilities, helping build a well-rounded understanding of how teams function in professional settings.

Uttara has experience in analyzing data using Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with a focus on identifying patterns and presenting insights in a clear and structured manner. Her interests include data analytics, business research, and the use of technology, including emerging tools, to improve efficiency and support informed decision-making.
