Vartika Tomar is a senior associate at APLYD, Athena's AI vertical, which she joined on 1st sept 2026. She has experience of consulting government, philanthropists, HNIs, CSRs, non-profit organisations and impact investing firm. Academically, she has completed her undergraduation in Political Science from University of Delhi and postgraduation in Public Policy from Indian school of Public Policy. Prior to joining APLYD she has devised strategy in various domains such as education, upskilling and capacity   building, healthcare for PwD, Ease of doing business, impact investing, child rights and mental health.
