Vidushi works at Athena Infonomics as an Associate Consultant in the MERL practice, where she focuses on monitoring, evaluation, and learning at the intersection of child protection and women empowerment. She brings her interest in linking rigorous research with inclusive development outcomes, working across themes of gender, livelihoods, displacement, and climate resilience.
Prior to Athena, she worked at Development Solutions on monitoring and evaluation projects, designing surveys, conducting field interviews, and analysing large datasets to generate insights for social programmes. She has also led a research project on sustainable waste management at Azim Premji University, studied urban water scarcity and mobility at IGSSS, and contributed to field research on displacement in Kuno National Park, examining the socio-economic impacts of resettlement on local communities.
She holds an MA in Economics from Azim Premji University and a BA in Economics from University of Delhi. Vidushi is deeply motivated by the cause of amplifying community voices in research and policy, and sees storytelling as a way to translate complex findings into narratives that inform and inspire change.
