Yashoda Banduni is an Associate, Design at Athena Infonomics. She designs reports, publications, knowledge products, illustrations, and other communication materials for research and development initiatives.

Prior to joining Athena Infonomics, Yashoda was part of the communications teams at Pratham Education Foundation and Jan Sahas Social Development Society. She has also collaborated with organisations including WWF-India, World Resources Institute (WRI India), Climate Risk Horizons (CRH), Responsive Governance (ResGov), and CRY, supporting communication and design across projects in education, climate, governance, public finance, and social inclusion.

Yashoda holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
